What if pests come back between visits?

Tell us and we’ll come back at no charge. Return visits between your monthly services are free when you need one.

Do you handle scorpions, termites or rodents?

Not on this plan. Those take specialist work. Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll confirm what we can help with before anything is scheduled.

Will I get the same technician every time?

That’s the goal. Either way, you’ll get a text with their name before every visit and a recap after.

How does billing work?

Billed monthly. Most homes are $69 a month. New customers get the first month free with a minimum six-month contract. Your quote confirms your exact price and any contract discount.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month service is available, and a 12-month contract comes with a discount. The first-month-free offer requires a minimum six-month contract. Your quote and service agreement confirm your price, term, renewal and cancellation details before you sign up.

How fast will I hear back?

Do I need to be home?

You don’t need to be home if you choose exterior-only service. If you’d like interior treatment, we’ll arrange access with you when scheduling.
