Born and raised on Chicago’s South Side, Rich served four years in the Air Force as an aircraft electrician before starting in pest control in 2003. He founded his own company in 2006 and ran it for 13 years before selling, and has also held management roles across four companies. His interest in biology and chemistry drew him to the work. Taking care of customers is what keeps him committed to it.
